Mentor Programme Forma is a scholarship programme aimed at young talented creators, artists, interprets and other skilful individuals who demonstrate unusual talent in their field of interest, but at the same time have restricted possibilities for growth and expression of their talent. Apart from other similar scholarship programmes Forma supports the chosen individuals not only financially, but provides them also with expert support by experienced mentors.

Forma will be financed by the money raised from the contributions at the Christmas Benefit Concert, which is going to happen every year since 2012. The scholarships will be given in the following categories:

• Arts and culture
• Science

Except from financial support the young talents will also get an expert support and help from experienced mentors, who will actively work with them. They will also get media space for their self-presentation and presentation of their work to the public.
